Mr. Sameer Shaikh currently holds a senior most leadership position as the Vice President of Operations at Mytek Innovations. With a robust educational background in Civil Engineering and over two decades of professional experience, Sameer has consistently demonstrated his expertise in overseeing all aspects of multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure, and environmental projects for both government and private-sector clients in the Sultanate of Oman and India.
In his at Mytek Innovations, Sameer has been instrumental in formulating and implementing comprehensive Project Execution Plans. His responsibilities extend to completing technical studies, preparing precise cost estimates, and ensuring the flawless execution of projects within stipulated timeframes and budgets. Sameer excels in managing a diverse range of projects, including high-rise residential and commercial buildings, malls, roads, marine works, and various construction and demolition initiatives.
With a keen eye for detail, Sameer is proficient in digitising and regulating materials and logistics, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. His role involves constant interaction and reporting to senior management, reflecting his excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple functions in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
Prior to his current position, Sameer's distinguished career includes a 16-year tenure with Oman Shapoorji Company LLC., where he served as a Project Head overseeing key projects like the Mall of Oman and Royal Box at Parade Ground, among others. His experience also extends to the tendering and estimation division, where he played a crucial role in successfully securing key projects for the company.
With a comprehensive skill set encompassing project management, general administration, health, safety, and environment (HSE), Sameer is well-positioned to contribute significantly to Mytek Innovations' operations and growth. His commitment to excellence, coupled with a proven ability to adapt to complex situations, makes Sameer a valuable asset in senior leadership within the organization.
Prashant Basu

Mr. Prashant Basu is a seasoned professional with a remarkable career spanning 30 years, including an impressive 20-year tenure in the Gulf region. His expertise lies in the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering, project management, and sales & marketing. Mr. Basu has played a pivotal role in driving significant turnover growth, leading the successful establishment of a switchgear manufacturing unit, and achieving excellence in the completion of prestigious projects.
Academically, Mr. Basu holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, and a Management Degree from prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies: JBIMS. His technical proficiency extends to designing and engineering low voltage substations, switch gears, and lighting systems, reflecting his deep understanding and expertise in the realm of electrical engineering.

Mr. Shaikh Rafiq is a skilled professional with 20+ years of global experience in the Switchgear and Electrical Products sector. Holding an MBA in Marketing and a background in Mechanical Engineering, he possesses a diverse skill set, including proficiency in Power BI, AutoCAD, C++, and web designing. Rafiq is certified trainer in LV/MV/BUSDUCT served in regions like Europe, Turkey, and China. Rafiq is also certified professional of Data centre essentials powered by Udemy.
Throughout his career, Rafiq has held various leadership positions such as General Manager, VP, Country Manager, Sales Director, Channel Partner Manager, Divisional Manager, Product Manager, Prescription Manager, and Sales Engineer. His extensive experience includes working with renowned organizations like Schneider Electric and Eaton Electrical, as well as their channel partners.

S. Bhagavatheeswaran, also known as S. B Eswaran, is a senior most professional in Mytek Innovations currently serving as the Vice President - Advisory. With a profound passion for assisting startups in achieving sustainable success, he leverages his extensive background in Civil Engineering maintenance, project works, and Infrastructure management to guide clients through critical business decisions and unlock their full potential.
Having accrued 42 years of comprehensive work experience spanning from 1981 to 2023, S. Eswaran's journey has been marked by excellence and diverse expertise. His career commenced with 30 years dedicated to Civil Projects and maintenance works, showcasing his prowess in various construction activities across Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Karnataka. Notably, he worked with Tata Power, contributing to the construction of thermal power plants, guest houses, cable projects, and scientific projects at BARC.
In 2010, S. Bhagavatheeswaran transitioned to ES&A Corporate, where he excelled in special assignments, including coordination for the implementation of AoC (Architecture of Care) across Tata Power. He served as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the development and implementation of CLA online systems, BCDMP implementation for corporate functions, and the coordination of various initiatives such as office safety management systems and IGBC Green Building certification.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, S. Bhagavatheeswaran is actively involved in giving back to the community.
